Best Chicken Sandwich Ever!

I've done it. I've found the best fried chicken sandwich in existence! I stumbled into Comfort Kitchen in Saratoga Springs, NY looking for a fair priced meal (which is very hard to find in this city). It was a hard place to find considering it was located in an art gallery mall and was way in the back. I glanced over the menu and most things looked pretty good. I decided on the fried chicken sandwich because that looked like the safest thing to get and least likely to mess up. I was a little hesitant at getting it at first because it was a whopping $11, which is a lot pricier when compared to Chick-fil-A or other fast food chains, but I needed something quick and fried chicken sounded like it would hit the spot. This is a pretty simple sandwich that comes with sriracha mayo, lettuce, and pickles. I remember when they placed my meal on my table and I was a little confused because instead of the big piece of chicken that I'm used to seeing on a bun, it was three chicken tenders placed together. It didn't matter much to me, it was just surprising. After one bite of this masterpiece, I was blown away. I truly was in disbelief because I did not expect this sandwich to taste so good. The chicken was so tender and well seasoned. I loved how there wasn't too much breading on the tender which often makes the meal feel heavier. The sriracha mayo and pickle paired PERFECTLY with the chicken and bun. I was so impressed that I came in a few days later and ordered another one. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a good, relatively cheap (emphasis on the relatively considering this is a vacation town) meal. If you live nearby or even a few hours away, it's definitely worth the trip. I promise you won't be disappointed.
