Seared Scallops with Brussel Sprouts

Hello Lovely Foodies!

My name is Savannah, and I am a foodie just like Jordan! I wanted to share a great summertime recipe for all of you that love yummy flavors, but want to keep it light and healthy for the summer! The meal I made is Lemon Garlic Scallops with Crispy Roasted Brussel Sprouts! YUMMM! This meal is delectable with varying textures and flavors that are ready to have a party with your taste buds! The recipes I used for this meal can be found below. Make sure to put a lot of salt and pepper on the scallops beforehand to ensure maximum flavors. A bonus tip: if you’re a wine lover, add some white wine to the dish for added flavor (because who are we kidding — adding wine is always a good idea!) When you’re done you can make a sauce to dip your Brussel sprouts in, a spicy aioli or a sriracha mayo is delicious! And of course, a nice summertime cocktail would go lovely with this yummy dish!
